"I love this hotel, it’s my go to for staying in Manchester. It’s clean, the staff are so friendly, I appreciate the gym and sauna facilities and the breakfast is fabulous. My only bug bear is the mattresses are rock solid and uncomfortable - this has been the case on this trip and a trip back in 2024. Fix this and you’ll have a 5* stay!"
"We needed a hotel for an overnight stay. For the price that we paid we were not impressed. Hotel not as luxurious as we had expected and required updating. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming. "
"Low quality, we walked in to the room that had a huge bucket catching parts of the ceiling that was falling.
Yes we did get moved rooms but still it wasn’t the cleanest and I won’t be returning.
I was close to asking for a refund. "
