「The location is a bit far from city center, but I can say enjoy the shopping immediately next to the hotel it is an excellent convenience. 「The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. 「This is a newly opened hotel for less than two months, and the location is excellent. All the beautiful (Bursa Ulu Camii)and best shopping (Bursa Grand Bazaar) places in Bursa are within a few minutes of walking, and the subway (Metro) station is just 1 min walk including turning a corner. 「Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us.」
