"The staff was exemplary, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Regarding Room #322, the bathroom requires attention due to a leak in the toilet when flushed. The primary dissatisfaction for my wife and me was the loud noise late at night. It appears that a bar is located nearby, with music emanating from its outdoor patio, which was highly disruptive. We were unable to sleep because of the loud music. On the first night of our stay, I informed the receptionist about the noise, and she indicated that this was the room I had booked. No alternative options were offered, despite the likelihood that other rooms were available. On the second night, the noise was even more intrusive. Although I wished to extend my stay, the disturbance compelled me to seek accommodation at a different hotel. The hotel can resolve this issue effectively by addressing soundproofing, such as improving the windows to reduce noise transmission."

"This is supposedly a superior hotel, however our room had NO window, NO natural light!! I felt terribly claustrophobic not knowing waht time of the day or night it was if I didn't have a watch. The toilet door is glass, which gives poor intimacy, and absolutely no noise dampening (who wants to hear his partner "business"??). Finally the noise from the restaurant downstairs was about as loud as outside, making for a really poor night. Truly, the semi-historical contex is impressive, very nice walls, arcs and staircase in the public area."
