所謂 cosy 房 原來遠離 main building
起初一家三口（13歲小朋友） 早在半年前已經經hotels.com 預訂cosy 房3人連早餐 ，職員一check in 就話要加附加費 ，跟住我同個職員講預訂嗰陣時已經加咗小朋友並輸入正確的歲數，跟住佢打去問搞咗一輪又話唔使收錢。唔知係咪咁樣俾咗一間好差嘅房 面對bluport 停車場，房間除了光害還有噪音，對住bluport 霓虹燈牌 整晚不停閃亮，再加上電單車的噪音，恍如露宿街頭。完全感受唔到intercontinental resort 嘅度假感覺 . 酒店偏細，設施偏小、健身房設施殘舊再加上壞冷氣，還好早餐尚好，距離商場方便，再加上有免費水上樂園。否則好難吸引。

The room is tidied twice a day, very clean & neat. Beautiful hotel, beach is next to hotel. One draw back, there’s not enough wall sockets for charging. There is no adapter to lent to visitors.

提早到達讓我們提早使用設施以及提早入住，地點方便連接商場，免費接駁車可到夜市，免費水上樂園，可惜這次時間不夠未使用。飯店連接沙灘，乾淨且不像華欣沙灘一樣雜亂。

非常不值得購買Club! Bad club lounge service
特別加價買了有Club服務的房型，check in 時同事們沒有Club的房間已經準備好，但我的Club 房卻還沒。要我先去lounge吃吃喝喝等待，裡面沒有任何服務說明文件或指示，當我開了冰櫃倒了一杯白酒，服務人員立刻衝過來當面把酒櫃上鎖，並告知一整天只有17:00-19:00可以拿酒類飲品，其他時候都不行。我請lounge 主管帶服務內容說明文件來解釋一些狀況，現場人員卻推說主管在忙！ 後來來了一個泰國女性，一直重複背誦服務內容文字，溝通未果，又再來一個白人男人自稱是酒店經理，非常強勢說這是全球洲際酒店的lounge規定，他的員工沒有做錯，還要求我聽完他的演講再發言！ 下次我會住華欣Marriott，也許可能會再住洲際，但我絕對不會再買club了 Terrible club lounge service. Very bad attitude of hotel manager

已是第二次入住，食很方便，可以去對面商場或坐車到夜市吃，住的環境仍然是一樣的好，也很合小孩子，泳池走不到一分鈡已是沙灘，可是不多人在沙灘游泳

Overall feeling very satisified with the services at Intercontinental Hua Hin. Especially when my boyfriend got hurt on his hand and requested a band-aid from the reception, the staff took out an emergency box immediately and cleaned the wound very carefully and put a band-aid for my boyfriend. We felt very intensive care. We would like to give more likessss… during our stay.

房內有好多死昆蟲！
房內有好多死昆蟲，下午叫了櫃台幫忙清潔，到晚上返回酒店，死了的昆蟲尚在房問，攪了一會跟進，幫我們轉了第2間房，好像仲細過我訂的房間，轉房時我們像走難式執行李轉房，因為怕時常搬酒店，才連住2天，現每天執一次行李，極疲倦！因為我們第2天上午11時 check out, 他們補償酒店的失誤，想請我們食當天的 Lunch（只限當天）, 我們如何要這補價，11點 check out 出曼谷，現只補償我兒子2天的早餐，其實住得這裡，就不是貪這小便宜，只想住得舒服，見到死昆蟲都有幾佰隻（廁所門口），如見不到地方應有成千上萬隻（地毯上），想起都起雞皮。

只看照片不會知道從我訂的房間要去飯店的海灘其實是要過一個大馬路...這點讓到了現場才發現的我非常無言，早知道是這樣的話，就一定不會選擇洲際，早餐餐點選擇有點少，有一天早餐時，有一個沒禮貌的男性，在用餐區抽菸，放音樂，飯店人員沒有及時制止旅客抽菸，非常不合格，服務不是一味討好，而且現場不是只有那位男性是客人，還有我們在場的其他人也是客人，飯店人員訓練有待加強

來華欣渡假是第三次了，每次都住不一樣的酒店，這次跟家人選擇洲際 （因為有二個館）,很遺憾訂到了BULPORT WING 這邊（沒有海景 但是連結購物中心）房間很大很舒適 早餐也很好 。

房間很新很舒適，飯店人員服務親切，環境優美，泳池超棒！
非常放鬆的旅行，會再想來，唯一缺點是因為不是住海灘這邊房間，早餐種類顯的較少，付一樣的費用沒有得到相同的服務，建議還是全部在海灘側餐廳用餐才合理！

Great valuable stay
It was great to stay here. A surprise birthday cake was prepared and free shuttle and tickets to the nava water park. Staff are friendly and helpful who help to call local taxi. A large shopping mall was opposite to the hotel which is very convenient. Breakfast was nice. Lastly, the lovely swimming pool and direct access to the hua hin beach were great points to stay here. The limitations are there are some insects in the balcony as plants are everywhere and some furniture are old.

房間大，清潔，床辱舒適。 游泳池寬闊，池水也很清晰，有很多予客人休息及曬太陽的椅子，躺臥於那裏，非常寫意！ 酒店對面便是大型購物商場，內有多間食肆餐廳、購物商店、超級市場，應有盡有，非常方便！
