房間整潔光猛, 厨房設備齊全.
剛到達保安已拿著名單問是否我們, 跟著很快就有職員到大堂接待我們, 入住手續簡單快捷, 沒有任何雜費如清潔費等, 連按金也不需要. 房間大而且非常清潔光猛, 燈光很足. 厨房簡單但基本設備齊全, 連洗潔精及百潔布都有供應, 很值得一讚. 美中不足是沙發上掛了一個很大的頭像, 有點嚇人. 茶几下的地氈沒有防滑, 好幾次差點滑倒. 浴室浴簾掛得太高, 離企缸超過半尺, 不能有效擋水, 每次沖涼都遍地濕. 廁所浴室沒有抽風系統, 只有一個氣窗, 有時太焗要打開廁所門散氣, 但廁所門正正對著露台玻璃窗門, 偏偏又少了一副掛簾, 打開廁所門就被對面住戶看到, 還好要求補裝也很快裝好, 否則便要換房了. 頭兩天因缺了一度掛簾, 不能打開廁所門, 只兩天便出現了潮濕才會有的小飛虫. 另一怪現象就是物品供應, 所有消耗性物品如廁紙和瓶裝水等都是收房時供應一次, 之後就要等第二次清潔才再有, 期間廁紙和水沒有了要自己買. 因酒店是一星期才提供一次清潔服務, 也就是說, 只有訂一晚房才能全完享受所有供應, 訂房日數越多就越不化算, 有點本末倒置.

這裡住宿環境還算不錯，共有兩棟，兩棟中又分ABCD棟，房間算大應有盡有。整個感覺很像是日租套房，沒有任何服務可言。第一天抵達後發現房間備品有少，請櫃台補上~結果櫃台說房務下班了要隔天才能送上來。第二天我們出門回來後，房間不僅沒整理，連備品也沒補來。除了這個~~其它整體感覺不錯。

離鬧區稍遠些，但有雙條可以搭。房間配備很足，適合有帶小朋友或老人家的來住宿，若吃不慣當地食物可去市場買回來自己煮。樓下有間7-11採買簡便的食物跟生活用品都算方便。

在巷內第一次去不太好找。房間挺大、乾淨舒適，飯店也有接駁車到BTS站。附近沒有大商場或商圈，但BTS出去方便。

房間不小，有泳池，有簡單的廚房，CP值性價比很高。缺點就是離市區較遠，如果沒租車就必須在路上攔綠色雙條車(15分鐘一班挺快)，計程車或嘟嘟車很貴。

酒店服務: 可以有外賣和MESSAGE 到會, 價錢合理. 提供所需廚房用具, 設備齊全.保安非常盡責. 客房整潔度: 因APARTMENT 關係, 不是每天清潔, 但地方非常乾淨. 客房舒適度: 有泳池, 有健身室. 非常好. 位置: 因我們自駕遊, 泊車非常方便. 如自己坐車就要考慮下. 如自己楂車, 車到大路要轉一個小圈才到, 找不到問人就可.

我們的房間在六樓, 面對my music hotel的方向, 可以看到一點點海. 房間就是一個大空間, 一張雙人床, 衣櫥, 沙化, 餐桌, 還有廚房( 備有餐具及煮食用具, 十分乾淨), 浴室乾淨, 提供一次性用品. 床和枕頭軟硬剛好, 熱水和冷氣足. 小區門口, 大樓門口都有保安, 令人很有安全感. 小區不遠處有7-11. 離cicada市集在15分鐘步行距離裡, 也可坐雙排車. 偏遠華欣夜市, 出入需要雙排車. 小區門口即可坐到雙排車, 坐taxi去夜市要150泰銖. 坐雙排車回小區的話, 要提早下車, 否則過馬路不方便. 有游泳池. 住宿期間不打掃, 需要打掃的話需另外打電話.

It was ok overall. Property needs some maintenance. Shower hose holder is not properly attched to the wall. Wall electrical sockets is bit lose. Extension cord will be nice for laptop users.

Lovely property but not the side of the road i thought advertised. Alright for residential but not for holiday. Pool said no footwear around the pool but everywhere was tiled and my husband ended up having a fall and needed A&E so was not ideal.

I was mad at the security guard who checked me in because of the property is an residence which they have protocol after Covid-19, but the guard’s manner was rude as I asked how I can check-in. But, whatever, I would say the property’s price range is crazy a good deal for room amenities like kitchen, utensils, pool, location in the middle of walkable attractions. I recommend for someone who tends to stay longer which this property will provide you all-rounds.

Series of rooms in residential condominiums. Sufficient facilities not fancy but comfortable enough. Great locations with pharmacy, convenient store and beaches in waking distancing (less than 400 m.)

Not a Hotel, but Condo names-" Baan Koo Kiang."
This is a condo that has empty units rented out as hotel accomodations, but it is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area when arrived at First Choice Suites, which was confusing for us because this building is addressed as Baan Koo Kiang, not First Choice Suites. However, it was perfect for us for we rented 20 nights stay in Hua Hin for its location is on the main road easily walk or taxi to shopping area. It is quiet a walk to the beach about 12 minutes or more. Having to cross the busy Thai road to get to the beach, we don't recommend staying at this condo. I am rating my stay for the price, the cleanliness, the kitchenette, once a week housekeeping, as a condo studio unit with full size bed for 2 people -a 5 stars. But do not expect front desk service like a hotel.
