「The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - I saw them help a distressed woman find a room at another hotel as all of them were getting filled up due to graduations. A female staff member who was ending her shift actually had the woman follow her to the other hotel as she seemed a bit out of sorts and did have / couldn’t figure out a gps. They went well above and beyond the call of duty.」

「Beautiful old building with alot of character. Our room, especially the bed was very comfortable. Since its a old building there is no elevator so if thats a problem take note. Everything we needed was there, even a mini fridge. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. 」

「Staff was 5 star !!!! 」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」
