「I’ve seen this before in other motels. Floors are mopped and counters cleaned with too much cleaner and then not rinsed well with clean water. Result? Dirty, soapy residue on every surface. I wiped down bathroom counter with wet washcloth, no soap. Picked up much dirty residue. Did the same for other surfaces and one section of floor. I’m sure I ruined that washcloth! I get it. It takes time to mop a floor well and that’s a labor cost. But sometimes just mopping with clean water and only water,...

「The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day.」

「The Hampton Inn has always been a reliable, warm, and welcoming hotel. The one in Sherman TX is no exception. Delaney at the front desk was WONDERFUL, even at 11pm. Check in was EASY and QUICK. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, even though I've experienced some breakfasts that were very unpleasant. I highly recommend!」

「For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.」

「Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way.」
