「Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!」

「Nice clean room overlooking the sea front. I expected there to be traffic noise which there was but it died down as the evening progressed. However what I didn’t expect was to be woken at 2:30 am by noisy deliveries and services and then again at various intervals throughout the night. I understand that it is probably easier for these services to happen during the night because of parking difficulties during the day but feel customers should have be told and given the option of quieter...

「The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was not very clean the curtains had mould. The location is good, it’s very close to the beach, and good restaurants.」

「We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. Stay away.」

「It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.」

「I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. 」
