「Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

「Having previously visited the Ibis Bruges a few years ago, we were very disappointed on this visit to find what used to be the Ibis is now Novotel, and the current Ibis Styles is nowhere near up to the standard of the old Ibis. Breakfast was great (at the Novotel) but overpriced at 15 euros per person per day. Free coffee/tea in the Ibis reception was nice. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the self check in process, when a member of staff was standing right next to me watching my every move and telling...
