The outside could really use a remodel. The screen doors that are framed on the inside and open on the outside are unappealing. My door did not work properly which was a safety risk and the staff honestly could have slowed down at introduction. Check-in was fast but almost too fast. Other than that room smelled great beds was clean and it was close enough to the rodeo for us to walk

The toilet leaked and ran all night, the elevator broke, the free breakfast was a joke no fruit no milk they ran out of juice and plates. The eggs were raw. The people who work there are absolutely amazing! Oh ans my king room i had book for weeks prior got givin away apong arrival. 100% not a good stay the more i talk the more i remember the socket in the washroom sid not work as well.

The first thing that bothered me was that they have parking fees. On the website it clearly says “free parking” when we checked in there was a $30 parking fee! The next issue was that some of the staff didn’t speak English very well. I told the housekeeper to come back in a few minutes to give us time to leave….. she didn’t come back at all! Also, I told the front desk worker that the door on the north side of the property didn’t lock. She said “ok I’ll check it out” and did nothing. The door remained unlocked all night. Anyone could’ve gotten in the hotel! Next is the room. It was terrible! It smelled like it hadn’t been used in years. I had to go to Walmart to get air freshener. The drapes and the dresser had dirt on them. The tub drained very very slowly! We asked to have maintenance drop by and fix it. We got back and the tub still drained slow. The only bright spot in our stay was a young man named “Waseem” he tried his best to make our stay very comfortable. To sum it all up I’ll NEVER stay there again!

I've been using this hotel for over 3 years now for the houston texans game day weekend. They didn't have their continental breakfast at all. This hotel used to have eggs, protien of either sausage or bacon, bread, bagels, milk, etc. And NOTHING of that sort was available. They also stated that they would start charging $15 dollars for gameday parking when they never did before. The staff was clearly told to also rush the guests by knocking twice within the hour before check-out to ask us "will you be checking out soon?" This experience was uncomfortable. The only reason i give it 2 stars is for the affordability of it.

Fantastic location next to NRG stadium. Very pleasant staff. Mattresses in good shape and room clean. But it stops there - for a one nite stay for an event, go for it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium

Ac was not working in the lobby while checking in. It didnt help it took 1hr to check in since they only one person at the desk. Ccheck out was also ruff. The hotel definitely needs upgrades. Elevator was not working either. Just not a good stay.

The Room was clean, AC worked great. Staff was great. We understand that there was an unexpected challenge with electrical issues at an adjacent property which backed up the our check in at our Hotel.

Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.
