The television screen was shattered, and the linen was stained in the first room. The second room also had stained linen, a couch with stains and crust on it, dirty washcloths, and linen. I couldn't stay in either room for the night, so I left an hour after check-in.

The owner was very rude at check out time. He tried to walk in while my wife was still getting dressed. While she is trying to get dressed he stood at the door and kept repeating check out even though I was getting another night. If he doesn’t like his job he can find another one but he wasn’t about to walk in while my wife was changing clothes.

The hotel smelled so bad i could stay. I left and went to a different hotel. When i got their i came into the office i told them i had a reservation silent. Than he picked up a print out and held it up to me. I said that was me. Still silence. He laid it down and walked away i wiat about 5 minute than he finally said something and told me someone was coming. I would habe sleep in my car than go there again

The rooms for this hotel are nice but towels in bathrooms are not always clean, it has no coffee pot or water in the rooms. The breakfast consist of only two kinds of cereal which is in the lobby, where it is too small to eat and has no tables. Our ac unit didn't work the whole time and our room was never cleaned by room service during our 3 nights here.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour une escale à Houston d’une nuit. Nous sommes entrés dans le « lobby » et nous avons constater l’odeur nauséabonde et la réceptionniste ne nous a même pas adressé la parole. Elle a simplement demandé une pièce d’identité de l’autre côté d’une vitre de protection. Nous avons finalement mis les pieds dans la chambre pour une durée totale de 2 minutes. C’était malpropre, degueulasse, le néon au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, il y a avait des cheveux dans directement sur le couvre matelas. Les meubles étaient en décomposition et la salle de bain insalubre. La chambre n’était aucunement représentative de ce montré par les photos. Nous avons réservé un autre hôtel et sommes partis. La conductrice de notre uber nous a informé qu’ils font la location des chambres à l’heure ce que nous avions soupçonnés en voyant la clientèle des autres chambres. Elle nous a également dit que règle générale elle refuse de prendre en charge les clients de cet établissement car la police y est plusieurs fois par semaine. Donc finalement cet établissement ne devrait pas s’appeler un hôtel mais bien un motel et personne ne devrait y séjourner.
