Rooms were clean and comfortable, and water pressure was great! Food was kind of expensive but it was good. Nice location with plenty of amenities. Only complaint is no trash bags into the trash cans which was odd to me… but overall it was a good stay.

Probably good for the business traveler that is only staying to be near the airport, but not a good option with kids. We were there for a track meet and wanted to gather in the lobby as a team to watch the football games, and at 7pm we got a noise complaint (we had been mindfully watching the noise and making sure our kids weren’t running around). For a Saturday night, it was kind of disappointing that we couldn’t have a team gathering without feeling the need to whisper when using the common spaces so early in the evening.

Good hotel

Nice hotel across the street from the Houston Hobby airport terminal. Comfortable bed. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and there are not many places to eat within walking distance.

Great airport hotel

We stayed overnight before a flight. We were not expecting much from an airport hotel but the Doubletree exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had a great view of planes taking off and landing.

This hotel was nice a clean. It’s so close to the airport and it’s quiet. They do offer shuttle services which take you to the airport and some restaurants.
