Easy to find right off the freeway, just what we needed. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, basic amenities (coffee, shampoo) and fridge/microwave-were all in good condition Only had muffins /coffee available for ‘breakfast’ which was disappointing (and not as advertised). Otherwise, the rooms were comfy & we’d stay there again.

Very surprised about the calm and relaxed nature of the area for this hotel. lots of trucks, but rooms were very clean

Property is clean and newly remodeled, manager on site is good, but property is right off high way and rail road and next to a truck stop or something related to 18 wheelers , the noise level is bad and I am light sleeper, but the room is clean and neat, if you can handle the noise, it is good choice.

The front desk agent was friendly and kind, however, it is middle of nowhere like industrial area not convenient for anything but Whataburger and delivery. Accident at the traffic a few times while we staied 2 nights and 3 days. Access to the freeway is just around the corner, that was the only convenient part. There's no comforters, bring your own if you get cold at night, The blankets are thin and doesn't get warm at all, also pillows were thin. Housekeeper speaks spanish only, I use my Google translation to make communication. We didnt use Breakfast but theres free BF 6am to 9am. Guest quority is not so good, more like day to day worker/living people there. And group of people hanging outside of their room fighting, talking loud and smoking.all night. We didnt feel safe at all. But the guest service was good.
