Hyatt Regency Houston West
The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.

When I called from the airport about the shuttle, they stated that it had stopped at 11.00 pm. When I asked for alternative, they said "you may take an uber." Upon checking in, I asked if I could receive a credit for having to use Uber. They said, they could not. I don't recall receiving a notification ...
