"Great central location , helpful staff especially the breakfast team always on hand to make sure you have everything you need. If you are visiting Verona then this is the hotel , central to all tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. "

"Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly! "

"Front desk was very friendly and spoke extremely good English when we checked into the hotel. Location was perfect for our 6:30 am flight - which mean we had to be at at airport at 4:30 am. Airport shuttle started operations at 4:00 a.m. so they could take us the 5 minute drive without the high cost of a taxi or ride-share service."
