「Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. 」

「Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!」

「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

「Unfriendly host. No inclination to be helpful. KETTLE in room, but no coffee only tea. Absolutly no amenities to have lunch or dinner in room or some common aeria. She had a micro wave behind the counter, but was offended by the idea of sharing it with the guest. 」

「Completely stylishly renovated! You have a feeling like you are in brand new hotel. Everything was perfect as before, from staff, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, spa, massage, big variety for breakfast...」

「Nice hotel and clean. Quite a bit out of the main town so if you dont have a car its a long walk there / back. Rooms were very loud, could hear people talking all night and hear doors banginfg etc. Also our room on the second floor had a constant whirring noise like from a large pipe or boiler or something. MAde it hard to sleep , that and the uncomfy beds & pillows」

「Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.」
