「Stayed during the night of July 4. No fireworks noise inside the room. It is a relatively quiet industrial area the hotel is located in.」

「I was skeptical reading the other reviews recently, but I’m really glad we chose to stay here for a night, after going to a White River Amphitheater concert. Check-in around 5pm was so smooth (wasn’t charged the $60 cash deposit even though we had it ready) and we were unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king bed in an spacious ADA accessible room because there must have been vacancies. It was quiet and clean. My boyfriend loved the breakfast options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit...

「My room was spotless, great bed and pillows, furnishings in good condition. There is definitely road noise, and since you’re next to the hospital, an occasional siren. But quiet enough after 10 that I had no trouble sleeping. Would definitely stay again.」

「The price was the tipping point, as it was 1/3 the price of other properties in the SeaTac area The surroundings are horrible but the staff was good and assured me my car was safe. They had cameras surrounding the property. My concerns were not the inside of the hotel but the surrounding properties. Turned out fine, but I don’t like to be concerned. 」

「Hotel was great but hard to get in and out of parking area im familiar with the area and would not walk around at night there. Free breakfast was awesome!」
