Conveniently located for a road trip slightly dated but does what it needs to do the jacuzzi very small people can eat their breakfast whilst watching you. Have fun with the jacuzzi, ample breakfast.

They didn't clean the room which mean no clean towels, the beds were unmade for 3 days. Some of the worst toilet paper and tissues. Towels were frayed. Overall, just not very good.

We stayed at this hotel last year and were satisfied with most everything but it was a complete disappointment this year. We stayed 3 nights and nothing was done to the room at all. No clean towels, bed not even made, trash not emptied, etc. Had to wait for coffee to be made 2 of the 3 mornings, waffle batter empty, waited 2 mornings for biscuits to be made and more gravy to be heated, and milk container empty. Very disappointing. Air conditioner and heater worked so that was a plus.

Enjoyed the back patio with the kids, it was set up really nicely so we could enjoy our breakfast and play outside before getting on the road for the day. The breakfast room and lobby were spacious and conveniently set up. I also enjoyed the hot tub, but we were disappointed that the pool was closed. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Overall was a nice experience!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The door handles were on so that you had to lift up instead of down as usual- so you need to use your muscles to open the door. The bathroom door wouldn’t close without sticking. And there was no stopper in the sink so anything could fall down in the drain. And my sheets were nubby and scratchy,, so I remade the bed by using the sheet on top of the coverner. It looks like they are trying to make upgrades and improvements. And I hope they can complete them quickly

I rented 4 rooms for me and my family. 1 Room had Drugs hidden in the mattress that stunk up the room and the AC system was broken. The Pool was also closed and the breakfast was very not great. Sausages were over cooked and there was a long line to make a waffle because they only had 1 waffle iron. The ac was blowing very hard over the tables making your food get cold really fast and napkins blow away. Also their hot tube was very small and heavy bleach smell. The elevator felt like it was going to fall every time you would step in. It was in a good location to everything we wanted to see but the stay was horrible.

we got dirty stained towels and bedsheets. room doesn’t look well vacuumed, has a weird odor, and for some reason, the water (from sink and shower) feels slimy, and staff were barely at the front desk.

Stay USA was generally great, clean facilities and room, nice staff, good wifi. The only reason I docked a star overall is the bed, good gravy that bed was *firm*, like a plywood box with a comforter laid on top. Made sleeping a bit difficult for me. But it was a pleasant experience otherwise.
