Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. 「We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. 」

「Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. 「Precisei passar uma noite no hotel para pegar um voo para o interior do estado. Manaus é uma espécie de Hub para o interior. Esses voos saem muito cedo, mas o café só é servido às 7:00. Não digo que o hotel precise abrir o café mais cedo, mas tem uma gentileza mínima de oferecer um cafezinho com biscoitos na portaria」
