「We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened.」

「The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...

「Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.」

「Lovely place, would highly recommend. But I think before it's next rented out the water pressure in the shower needs to be sorted as tried to have a shower and wasnt able to properly rinse body wash and shampoo off and water was spraying in all directions. Other than that the property was perfect」
