「A lovely little find, perfectly located for a trip on The Broads, or sitting watching the boats and wildlife. Great sized rooms. Excellent choice of breakfast freshly cooked. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals on site. Staff go above a beyond and are icing on the cake at this lovely old hotel. 」

「The reviews said the breakfast was great but it exceeded that. Great hotel, staff were wonderful, room with a view was a joy. Decorated for christmas with a warming fire felt welcoming. It rained all the time we were there but The Furzedown was an oasis of warmth and comfort. Already thinking about going again. 」

「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「Great room ,one slight niggle ,the shower wasn’t hot enough ,I think the thermostatic valve needs replacing ,other than that a great stay ,staff were always pleasant and friendly .Would deffi ately recommend staying here if your visiting the area .」
