「A lot of things were broken but staff replaced or fixed immediately. Things were not explained like working elevator,parking,working the tv.」

「this is a great hotel to say in and is a good price for it the carpet could be updated and replaced as during our visits the last 4 years the hotel had issues with wet carpets throu out the hotel and all they could use at the it was air dryers which was fine but then the next visit the carpet was the same and smelled misty and like a wet sponges in the 4 years of using us hotel it is a great hotel but should have carpets updated 」
