「Where do we start? Fabulous. We were very impressed with the staff. Alina was professional, polite and could not do enough to ensure our stay was what we had wanted and expected. When we arrived (during one of the hottest days this year) the fan in our room did not seem to work. We went down to report the issue at 5pm then never thought anymore as we went for dinner. Upon our return a beautiful, brand new, large fan was waiting. They had rushed out and managed to find one, which was amazing. ...

「I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford. The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. 」

「Our room was on the first floor, above the pub. You can probably imagine how busy it can get at night. We can clearly hear everything from downstairs which make us cannot sleep. The whole building is old 」

「The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is good as it is near the shopping centre, Bicester Village. The environment is very comfortable and the facilities are new. The breakfast there is nice.」
