「Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.」

「Stoney Creek Hotel is a nice hotel, and we have stayed there several times. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. After a 20-minute wait, the manager gave us an upgraded room. One thing that I had a problem with is that the maid service is only done every third day: the trash is not picked up, and the coffee is not refilled. But overall, I would stay there again.」

「The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

「This was an older property the room was very nice and roomy, it was clean and the bathroom had some nice updates. The bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell like old smelling, but we got used to it quickly. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot. But they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」
