「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. 「This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained.
