Friendly & courteous staff. Prompt check in and check out. Clean, well equipped room. Fantastic pool and spa. Short distance to TheBus stops, International Market Place, ABC Stores, Kuhio Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue, and Waikiki Beach. I would certainly stay at Skyline Island Colony Hotel again.

very good location, the room was quite big and the pool area is also very nice! The only thing is the bathroom is a bit tiny, the door didn’t go all the way up because the toilet was in the way.

Our room was dirty. The day we arrived the sheets were stained. There were four of us and not enough towels. There was no daily housekeeping, only on the 3rd day. We had a couple of cockroach's in our room. The only thing nice about the hotel was the location, less than 5 min wall from international market.

Staff was super nice and friendly, the hotel room was clean but old and in need of some attention. It had multiple roaches, including on the fridge, we were afraid to open it. The hallways smelled of stale smoke and mildew.

My family loved staying here. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds really comfortable, the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the canal and if high enough you can even see the ocean. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed laying in the cabana to just relax. Definitely would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everyone was so friendly! Our room was upgraded to a king suite due to a booking error. Our views were the best, we could see the canal and the ocean from our lanai. With Diamond Head being the focal point. Absolutely perfect! When we visit again, we're coming back!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed the amenities like the pool and the hot tub and the close proximity to the shopping malls, restaurants, and Waikiki Beach. My hotel room was satisfactory and I enjoyed the scenic views from my balcony.

As per the reservation that I made it was noted check in time is not until 3 pm. As such it seemed to be perfect time when my class would be ending. Got to the hotel at 330 where the line to check in was long. The woman checking me in told me the room is not ready and I’ll have to wait but that was all she said. So I sat in the lobby for 2 hours with no update nothing. So I began to contact Expedia for a solution they were not much help stating that check ins begin at 3 but doesn’t mean the room will be ready by 3 which is the stupidest thing . I ended up calling hotels in the area to verify that if I made a reservation and checked in right now that I would be assured that a room would be ready for me. I was able to find one couple blocks away walked over checked in and the room was ready!
