"Love the pool area but it is sometimes hard to find seats together. Would recommend removing a portion of the rarely used reserved seats and adding more regular seats."

"We didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our stay, out of choice. The staff was nice and service in all areas was great. They acted quick during the storm to not disrupt any services. "

"My biggest criticism is the value. Watch out for the “amenity fee” that’s collected when you arrive (not included in the price you book). It was about $40 when we stayed. The room was fine but the public areas are small and uninviting. The pool is tiny. Also be forewarned this place is not on the beach. Free coffee in the lobby but don’t expect it to be there even one minute past 9:30. Late checkout? No problem, that will be $10 an hour. It was a good room and the staff was nice but I felt like I got nickel and dimes for everything. "

"We always choose Holiday Inn Express any chance we get, we loved the complementary breakfast! The hot tub sadly was not working, so it was just a 2nd heatless pool. But going to the beach was good enough for us, the location is great for what our trip was for and the property looks nice and its clean. The staff is amazing, will book again when I return to Hawaii"
