The apartment was very good. The view from 36th floor was ver nice. We enjoyed good time there. I just want to criticize the waiting time for the lifts. There were only three elevators to feed almost 40 stories. And we always were straded waiting for the lift.

The place/condo unit was very old. It needs to be renovated. There was a distinct smell along the hallway & the unit. But then, it was easy to communicate with midway & they were quick to respond. Basic needs were all met.

nicely located in Waikiki near zoo, aquarium and Waikiki beach but also walkable to more touristy areas in Waikiki for dining and shopping. loved the parking as street parking is in short supply. recommend car rental be a compact as building has tight parking. check in or check out is a bit of a run-around for a single person and better suited as a 2 person operation but doable.

We had a great stay here! The location was excellent for the price. We were just a few blocks from the beach - an easy walk. We had a mountain view that was spectacular! It was homey and comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and convenient. The balcony was so pleasant! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the beach supplies in the unit (two beach chairs, two beach towels, a tarp, etc.). We would stay again.

The property was spacious & it had a great view of the mountain & valleys. It wasclise to everything but off the wuieter Avenue within Waikiki. Although the rental was somewhat dated it was very clean & very spacious. The bed & linens & fowels were great. I especially loved the Noni & Hawaiian Tropic amenities!

Great location only a short walk to the beach and near by shops. We really enjoyed that parking was included, we drove somewhere daily so it made it super convenient. The staff in the parking lot were very friendly. The apartment was clean but dated. It unfortunately doesn’t have a dishwasher or a washer and dryer. They had one near the unit but it didn’t dry the clothes very well. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable and made a lot of noise if you moved around at night. The curtains didn’t close all the way in the living room so the persons staying there didn’t ever get to sleep in. Otherwise the unit was good for our stay and good for families.

Very nice place to stay a few days. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Needed everything to cook breakfast, heat up leftovers, make coffee, etc. We walked to the beach rather than use the swimming pool. Although the weather was warm and humid, I wished the shower water could have been made a little more hotter. The security staff downstairs was so very helpful upon check in and going over the steps to check out of the parking garage and to coordinate that with leaving the parking pass in the room. She was great!

The room does not smell good and the carpet has stains and looks dirty, the carpet needs to be replaced not just the room but entire hallway of the hotel. The elevator does not look so safe to use. This hotel needs a lot of remodeling and renovating. I will not be staying at this property again.

What I like: Walk to the beach, grocery, free parking, communication, supplied bath and shower towels, toilet tissues, towel papers, kitchenettes and bed and bedding, quiet, roomy, What I do not like: property is old, laminate flooring was damaged. Carpet flooring is also old, no locked box. The faucet in bathroom was dirty at the base, the floor and at the corners and the edges were not clean up to my standard Other than that, we were happy to stay here, especially with staff and communications

Free parking is great and mountain view was pleasant. Location is close to beach on the quieter end of Waikiki. Air conditioning had difficulty keeping up with the heat gain in the unit. Would be better if the living area had room darkening drapes to keep the heat down during the mornings.

The staff ws great and the room was clean. The instant hot water was a plus as well as the supplied dishes, silverware and laundry detergent. CONS: No stopper for the kitchen sink and the aerator for the bathroom sink was clogged.. OVERALL: A good stay.
