「some staff were helpful, but others were distracted, unmotivated. One was actually assembling furniture in the lobby. My room seemed really run dead and my bed was actually broken. Seemed like one half the bed all the springs were destroyed so you just rolled right out. door to area was locked and had to go back to the front desk to get entry. Great location though and wonderful common area to enjoy the sun and views.」

「Not much eating options except for the marketplace. However, Hyatt regency next door has multiple options,so not an issue.」
