This is my third time staying at this hotel. I have a clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price that is located close to everything, and the MTR and buses are right around the corner. The staff was great, and it is located in a safe building.

The hotel is very safe and has many amenities to help you with your stay. The staff is kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and although a bit small, perfect for 1 person in the standard room. I would stay here again if I ever travel back to Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

I stayed for 28 nights, and once before for 9 nights. The hotel is located in a residential building and is safe, clean, and convenient. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The trains and buses are nearby and right in the middle of restaurants and shops. A great value.

The only good thing to stay in this hotel is the location. It’s convenient for transportation,dining and shopping etc. But the room is way too small to be acceptable!

This hotel uses some area of an ordinary flat. So it has general level of security. Additionally it has a door with a lock managed by PIN to individualize such area. The room I had was like an Amah room.

This is not a hotel. So we don’t have any hotels services. No cleaning service, most of times, there are no receptionist at the counter. I tried to find them at the counter for a long time when we want to check out. No body there. The room is very small that is not suitable for four people to live in. I am very disappointed and will not make a booking in this hotel in future.

We had to change room due to smoking from the room next door. Then we were moved to a small room but there was bed bugs. Thats terrifying and we couldn't sleep all night. The hotel then transferred us to the 3rd room within 3 days. We couldn't accept this quality by paying USD110 per night. The hygiene is unacceptable. We are so disappointed with this experience.

Several issues: - The bathroom is shared with multiple hotel rooms, and was not listed - The hotel is not an actual hotel, but a single room within an apartment - The unit was infested with bugs - The room we checked in was being used as a storage room, as we found bug-infested belonging scattered all around the room - The place was dirty, and mold was found around the unit - Sheets were not clean - Charging ports did not work I can provide video/photo proof of all of the above.

When we booked, it said it was a hotel, but when we arrived, we found that it was actually a motel and there was no front desk, so when we arrived in the early morning, we looked for a long time, and then when we entered the room and began to collect things, we found that at least one-third of the place under the bed was full of black garbage bags. My child was scared and cried on the spot, couldn't contact the room staff by phone, and only contacted the next day, saying that the hotel items, but you used black garbage bags, that kind of terror, not everyone accepted. Then the housekeeping staff came to clean up and they were amazed at the number of bags. I've never done this in all the hotels I've stayed in, and it's just so uncomfortable.

Good and bad

I'll write down the shortcomings first. It took me and my family 30 minutes just to find the location of this hotel. No matter how much I looked at the building at that address, I couldn't find the hotel sign. When I was thinking if I had been swindled, I was able to get to the 9th floor of the building with the help of the residents here. In front of a generation of doors there was a small sign called 'Season's Hotel'. I thought it was a relief and tried to open the door and enter, but the door was locked. This is a hotel. It's not a hostel or a guest house. I called the number in front of me several times, but I couldn't get through, so my family waited at the door for another half an hour. The host who arrived like that showed us to the room. That's the first drawback. The second disadvantage was not the room that I saw in the picture. The two-bed room was correct, but there was little space to step on our luggage, and life was only possible on the bed. It was very embarrassing, but we were no longer motivated to do anything about our first trip to Hong Kong. Next, let's write down the advantages. Compared to these shortcomings, there was a cleanliness that wasn't so bad. If it were dirty, we would have called 'Hotels.com ' to express any complaints. And when I went on a tour the next day, they provided room service. It's the basics of hotels, such as changing towels or cleaning up trash cans, but we thought it was fortunate.

近くに24時間営業のショッピングストアのドンキホーテがありお酒でもなんでも買えるのが◎。ただ部屋の中がチェックインする場所ですが、チャイムを鳴らしても、ノックしても、ここに電話して、、という番号に電話し続けても何も反応がなかった、、深夜に暑い中、待ち続けてどうしてよいかわからずひどい目にあった。1時間後にお出かけしていたスタッフが帰ってきてチェックインできたが。とても怒りたかったが我慢した
