「The property is a quant beautiful hotel situated in downtown Homewood. There is no room service for food. However the hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and eateries with a Fab restaurant and bar inside. I loved the friendly helpful staff who were eager to share some of their favorite restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Plentiful Parking is included in back. 「Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!」

「This is a newer hotel so I feel that all staff and amenities are very pleasing. The stay was comfortable, everything was clean & the hotel staff is friendly. To my knowledge, there are only two chain hotels located directly in Crown Point. All other hotels are in Merrillville - the neighboring city. Towne Place is directly across from everything that seems to be of convenience; restaurants, gas, groceries, & U. Of Chicago extension hospital...」
