「Rodeway Inn (Nampa, ID) didn't have the type of room we reserved when we checked in. I had to reference the Seinfeld episode then talked about holding reservations not just taking them. They said it was because we reserved through a third party (Expedia). They also sounded real annoyed about us reserving through Expedia and not them directly. On the Expedia reservation, I reserved 2 rooms and I paid an extra ($10) to pay at the hotel because we wanted to pay for our rooms individually. Rodeway...
