「I enjoyed every moment at the hotel, staff were great and friendly, the Sunday brunch with the live Dj at the pool was awesome, breakfast was good also, the roof top bar at night was literally lit, the view was everything that words cannot explain, you have to visit.」

The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.」

「I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk...

I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing.
