「Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow」

「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. 「This hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. The owners are lovely, there to greet us when we arrived later than expected. The hotel and rooms are equipped with the most current technology and have everything you need, it is located across from the beach, with their own subbed/umbrellas. One of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed at—I was very sad to leave. 」

「Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Alle Läden und Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort. Die Altstadt erreicht man gemütlich zu Fuß. Zimmer 1A sauber, groß und sehr modern (neu renoviert). Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es war immer gute Stimmung, die Bar ist sehr entspannt auch am Strand gibt’s Musik. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Essen & Trinken sehr lecker. 「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」
