"I have stayed in a lot of hotels including 5 star. The Menta City Hotel rates right at the top of my list. We stayed in the Junior Suite with Jacuzzi, the decoration was stylish, as it was throughout the hotel. We had amazing views of the sea from our balcony and I could not fault anything. Good choice of breakfast from the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Staff were excellent, George on reception was very helpful and also made the best cocktail. Would I recommend this hotel? I certainly would and I look forward to my next visit."

"Excellent location in the Old Town. Came in the winter so it was too cold to sit out in the courtyard, but it looked cozy."

"A modern hotel in a neighbourhood that's still developing, up a rather steep hill but not more than 10 minutes’ walk from the old town. Entry to the room and hotel relied on a four-digit code you had to put into a keypad, which also activated the electricity. The room was comfortable and well insulated - important during a cold snap in low season - and I very much appreciated the effort made to put together a decent low-season breakfast box, including pastries, jam, an egg and fruit, plus coffee."

"Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. It would be nice if they would change it up with different options. Also, Maybe try covering up the fruits because there was nats flying around and landing on the fruit which was gross. "

"My only bad experience was partly my fault, in that I hadn't closed the doors to the balcony, and I was right above the "boardwalk", and a couple of gals talking loudly, woke me up at 4 a. m. So, close the doors, and turn on the air conditioning! Closing the doors blocked out a lot of sound. The room was wonderful, (except a window was dysfunctional) the views fabulous, and the breeze enchanting! Be aware that there is no parking close by. "

"The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. "
