Great service, ok room

Service: excellent, staff were so great, great communication and attentive to our needs, they packed up breakfast since we had to leave very early I booked a family room expecting comfortable beds for 4 people, I ended up sleeping on this horrible mattress that has this disgusting stain, I’m in so much pain this morning! Also there is no lock on your doors, anyone can just come in if they want to, felt very unsafe especially that were on the roof top ( which sounds great but it’s not) and a bar was above us I assume cause we heard people talking and walking above us

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen. Vielleicht etwas laut, aber mit der Klimaanlage kann man die Fenster nachts geschlossen lassen.

A éviter et surtout à oublier

Vraiment déçu de cette hôtel 4 étoiles, chambre petite avec un balcon donnant sur le mur d’en face. Au lieu d’un lit double, nous avions deux lits simple collés avec draps simple, pas très romantique. Mais surtout au niveau de la salle de bain pas au top de la propreté (voir photos) et pour finir et ça c’est le pire nous avions la demi-pension et le repas buffet du soir est à fuire. Le plus mauvais repas de tous mes séjours en Grèce. Rien de typique à part les boulettes de viandes qui n’étaient pas bonnes, les frites froides, des pâtes réchauffées plusieurs fois, buffet de desserts que la plupart des autres personnes du restaurant ont laissé dans leurs assiettes et je m’arrête la. Heureusement que je n’avais pris qu’une seule nuit. Je ne comprends pas comme on ose proposer un tel buffet. Les seuls points positif la situation proche de la veille ville et le buffet PDJ Qui est lui plutôt correct. Attention pas de parking pour l’hôtel il faut se débrouiller pour trouver une place dans les rues adjacentes ou payer le parking municipal qui n’est pas cher pour 24h

Un hotel donde sentirse como en casa

Ante todo agradecer la atención de Eva, Gloria, Maria y la otra chica del restaurante... el personal, lo mejor. Habitación amplia, buen wifi, balcón. Piscina en la terraza con tumbonas. La comida del buffet un poco demasiado para el turista pero había opciones varias. Ubicación genial a 5 minutos de la ciudad vieja pero sin los ruidos e idas y venidas de turistas.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter , unser Zimmer war schon ab 13 Uhr fertig . Frühstück war gut, aber einfach. Hotel ist 2 Min zu Fuss zur Innenstadt entfernt . Pool auf dem Dach sehr kalt , aber sehr schön mit dem Blick über Rethymno. Die Dusche im Bad hat eine zu kurze Duschwand, das Bad schwimmt im Anschluss an das Duschen . Unser Zimmer war leider zur Hauptstraße gelegen, extrem laut , man kann kaum schlafen bei offenem Fenster . Geschlossen ist es ok, aber viel zu stickig . Die Klimaanlage macht das Zimmer sehr kalt ., lässt sich leider nicht verstellen . Parplatzsuche ums Hotel eine Katastrophe, da braucht man viel Geduld und Zeit .

Fint hotel, men morgenmaden var skuffende. Derudover var det en stress faktor for turen at der var få parkeringspladser som ikke udelukkende var til gæster. Ingen lydisolering, så svært af sove.

L’enregistrement a été fastidieux. Nous étions 2 couples et ils n’ont pas retrouvés la réservation pour nos amis. Je regrette qu’il n’y ait pas de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres. À part cela bon accueil et chambres très confortables

Cool location, updated hotel.

Great hotel close to the old part of the city with easy access to great resturants and kin distance to beach unless you want to use the cool pool on the roof. Rooms are a little small, we had two rooms, ond had a nice bathroom and closed cupboard to put you things, the other had a very small bathroom and no cupboard. Both were nice rooms and it worked out but was missing to be able to unpack.

Schönes, modernes Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen. Geräumiges Zimmer. Das Hotel bietet jedoch keine Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, trotz Angabe auf dem Buchungsportal! Frühstückauswahl relativ gross, jedoch qualitativ nicht sehr gut. Wir haben teils auswärts gegessen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber gut.
