「My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. We never write reviews, we are the most forgiving and understanding people. 「This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. 「I booked a double queen but once we got there there were none left so we had to get a single king for 3 people. Nothing was offered for the mix up.」

「When we first checked in, lady was on the phone. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and parking was easy. East access to Chick-fil-A across the street and to the highway.」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. We were told to wait and then everyone went through the line and she still didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I had to ask her if she was even going to help us. We literally walked into a room that they assigned to us and it was occupied then had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.」
