「I have stayed at this hotel multiple times an every time I’m beyond happy! The beds & pillows are so comfortable, I never want to leave! The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep! 「Wife and I booked a room for one night. We were very disappointed with our stay. We mainly picked this property because of recent reviews and was one of very few hotels that had a hot tub. The pool is very tiny and every noise a young kid makes echos all throughout the pool area. The pool is in a desperate need of a cleaning. It is disgusting looking how dirty the sides and floor is. The hot tub was a complete joke. It was cold. Doors have to be slammed to shut so be prepared to be up half the...

「The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well).」

「This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.」

「Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.」
