"I picked this hotel for the pool,we come every year,this year we came a day earlier so we could enjoy the pool."Our feet were black from walking on the floors,when my wife said something,the clerk said they swiffer them,which means they're not properly cleaned.In my room ,the desk chair was missing a wheel and it looked like an orange soda exploded in the freezer and was never cleaned outand no one ever even came to see it after being notified.
