「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「Bought a Coke out of the vending machine was charged $2.20 and it did not dispense. However, the girl at the front desk let me pick something out of the lobby because they don't have any control over the vending machine, it is done by someone off site」

「For the price not bad at all. Rooms could be updated a little but overall a pleasant experience 」

「The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.」
