You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a few things that were not working. Someone placed in the fridge before our arrival, which was leaking all over the floor, the light fixture on one side of the room didn’t work, our toilet was not working properly.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación se descompuso en cuanto llegamos, fue una persona a revisarlo y nos dijo que ya no servía y que solo podían darnos un ventilador de piso para compensarlo, dormimos acalorados pero ya no teníamos más dinero así que tuvimos que pasar la noche así, el desayuno que fue otro de los complementos por los cuales decidimos reservar esa habitación fue pésimo solo pusieron cereal y pan de caja a la hora del desayuno, la cafetera estaba fuera de servicio y no hubo nada más, los pasillos estaban muy sucios y parecía más vecindad de barrio que hotel

absolutely terrible there was no towels in the room I had to go ask for those, breakfast was advertised but they did not even serve coffee. The room was dirty had hairs on the ground the property was dirty there was trash everywhere and a condom right outside the room

I had to get a hotel in the hurry and this was the one I found. My booking was ready in no time. The room was very comfortable and the bed was nice. The elevator did not work, but I didn’t mind the walk to the third floor. There were no towels in my room and no hot water. The ladies were very nice at the desk though, and they apologized for the inconvenience.

I wouldn't really call it a menu. It was just a bunch of different breads and dry cereal. No protein of any sort , plus no drinks of any kind.

We didnfind strands of hair embedded in the bed sheets and blankets. Shower could be better. Noticed we were itchy laying on the bed without top sheet, but the bed was comfortable.
