"My toilet overflowed at 10pm and lady at desk handed me a plunger. It backed up so far that it came out of sink and tub. When i completed the plunging went back to front desk and nobody was there. Plus no one was at desk in morning. My room was terribly smell all night. The entire night was a nightmare!!!!"

"The pool and hot tub were very clean. The whole property inside and out was very clean. Nice patio outside by the pool, but it was too cold out for us to use. Breakfast was basically a continental breakfast. The only hot item was pancakes, but that was okay with us. Our room was clean and spacious and perfect for us. It was the off season, so it was quiet although a few families stayed there while we were there. I highly recommend staying there. We definitely will again."

"The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided.
The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. There were also black areas on the edges of the shower curtain as if a mechanic with greasy hands had handled it. I wiped off a spot of dried blood from the wall where the toilet paper was hanging. The property could certainly use some TLC. I'm thankful to have been able to stay there seeing that everything in Ladysmith was booked up."
