Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay. "We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining! All the staff was lovely and helpful! So friendly! I didn’t make it to the spa, but the screens said it was busy, so it must’ve been good for heavy traffic Would def recommend! Also very handicap accessible!"
