"The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. This place was awesome! My husband and I were just looking for a few days to escape Hanoi during our winter break and this homestay was perfect. It is close to everything and the host and other guests make great conversation around a cup of tea or coffee on a rainy day. The breakfast is wonderful with coffee, fresh juice, eggs/baguette, and a fresh fruit platter. Perfect start before heading out to explore Hoi An and the surrounding area. They arrange tours (we did a half day tour/boat to My Son...

Staff was great! Lisa and Tony were wonderful; especially Tony with the best patience and customer care professionalism. With that being said, the villa was a bit outdated and yet well maintained. Peaceful and beautiful location, but it’s pretty far from shopping or convenient stores. What we liked the most was the beautiful beach, with only a short walk from our villa. The pool by the beach was nice n’ clean; but the only drawback was that there were no towels at the pool area for our...

An absolutely incredible hotel nestled just off the beach, the Silk Sense resort is an ideal luxury resort just north of Hoi An.
Featuring immaculate service where nothing is too much trouble, staff will make you feel incredibly welcomed and provide whatever is needed.
We stayed in a River View Suite with a Private Pool, which was spread over two floors and featured a small plunge pool in the back garden to cool off in. Rooms are finished off very nicely with all necessary amenities. Our stay...

The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask.
I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific.
I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel.

We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much, we returned this year. Initially found it through Expedia. Location, service and amenities have sold us once again. Miles of pristine beach, pool, outstanding staff and tranquil setting, combined with frequent shuttles into the hustle bustle of Hoi An and off premises laundry and mini mart close by.

This was a beautiful location and a very nice hotel. The beach was so lovely and relaxing. The staff here did all they could to care for us and make our stay comfortable. Is there anything more relaxing than a couple of glasses of wine (during the 2 for1 happy hour) while listening to the crashing waves? The food was very good. The service was beyond compare. It was hard to leave!

Beautiful resort. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not up and running due to closures from COVID. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. We were offered late checkout and since our flight was late in the evening we were very happy with their offer. It is a quite location outside of the city but close to Marble mountain and Hoi An. I would definitely stay at this resort when I return.

Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet.
The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance.
Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would...

The receptionist at check-in was quite friendly and helpful to change our reservation to partial-sea view.
The room had an odor that I was not comfortable with. There was no screen on the windows so I didn't open due to fear of mosquitoes coming in. Air conditioning was strong and seemed clean (no odor). There was no lingering smoking smell in the room.
The breakfast had a variety of options, but it was underwhelming. Flavor of soup noodle and stir fry were all tasteless.
