Booked this property well in advance, 3 months and booked a smoking room, emailed the property to confirm and never got a response. When I arrived at property was told it was non smoking but could smoke in the stairwell.... Breakfast was good. Some communication and language issues.

スタッフは皆とても親切。朝食も美味しかった。ホテルとなりにミニストップがあり買い出しにも困らない。中心部よりやや離れているのでタクシーでの移動が必要。

Bad bed, I couldn't sleep. Mattress was damaged, all covers were dirty, some left over but they didn't change until I called for service.

Vilkkaan kadun varrella. Ei hiljaisin huone, mutta Saigonista taitaa olla vaikea löytää huonetta, jonne liikenne ei kuuluisi. Lähellä paikallisten suosimaa markkina-aluetta. Hyvä palvelu, ok aamiainen.

Budget stay

Old hotel but mantain well. Soundproof is not good as we expect. Whenever someone is walking pass my room, it's noisy that u might think people are tend to enter ur room.

いいホテルです。中心部から近いように見えますが、道が混むと結構時間かかります。フロントの人も親切。朝食も十分です。空港も近い。ホテルの近くの海鮮料理美味しかったです。隣のローカルのレストランでホーチミン名物の豚のホルモンのお粥が食べれます。意外とあっさりしていて美味しかったです。

Wasn't the worst place. But had alot of mold in the shower and on the bedroom wall. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only stayed a few nights not bothering to complain because of the cheap price.

Confusion on stars, noise, damp

Expedia listed as 3 stars, but hotel indicated 2 stars. Damp room due to no adequate window and ventilation. Noise whenever elevator move and other people talk outside. Smoking smell from previous stayer (mostly local)
