This The One Hotel is an older building compare to other The One Hotel. This hotel is located on Ly Tu Trong and right below is a massage store and at night there's 1 or 2 restaurants that have many tables and chairs on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. Some people may like that, some may not. Hotel is Okay but older.

They need to fix everything and clean everything

I stayed there 3 nights with my family. The room didn't same the picture they posted. The room looks old and the bed not clean i saw some hair and dirty on the sheet. The floor dirty too if you not wear your sandals in the room. I will never come back there anymore.

Noise isolation wasn’t existent, provided towels had huge holes in it and the one window to the hallway had a blind, but that let in so much light that you actually got blinded by the lights in the hallway.

Terrible! Falsely advertised that there were certain facilities/amenities that didn’t exist on the premises. Poor wifi, holes in the wall, non English speaking staff. A horrendous experience overall.

When we got to the hotel. Everything is different from the photos they posted on Expedia. Even the front desk person admitted they are using the photos from different hotel. Room is stinks, wet and dirty, mold everywhere, stains all over the bed. We refused to check in or stay with them. The manager promised to us she will cancel the days that we don't stay and refund back to my credit card. It's been 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my refund.

Very disappointed, i didn't believe the negative comments ; lesson learned. I rented 2 rooms. 1 was full of mold in the bathroom, the other room had a pillow with hairs on it, they didn't change the pillow covers. I couldn't believe this hotel was listed by expedia. This is the worst experience I've ever had. The business is still alive thanks to customers like me, not so smart!

Please Avoid!!

AVOID!!! I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this property deserves it. The walls are full of mould and there is a horrible smell in the rooms. I kept coughing all night and I'm not usually so sensitive to smells, so imagine... Also, the bedsheets had stains but that's a secondary issue compared to the mould. The pictures they have on Google and Expedia are old and fake. Have a look at the attached pictures to see how the rooms look today.

When we booked the room we thought it would look like the picture they posted, it was definitely NOT. The room was old, water leak marks/ stains, exposed wiring, sewage smell, mildew in washroom, no shower curtain and bath tub wasn’t fastened to wall. This hotel should be rated a 1 star. I could tell the receptionist were embarrassed when we told them that the room they gave us was horrible. They didn’t offer us another room. So we shorten our stay. The restaurant beside the hotel was noisy and lasted till 5 am. I definitely would not stay there ever.
