Convenient stay close to airport

A couple minor problems but overall we had a nice stay at this hotel. The facility was a bit dated but the service was good. We liked the location because it’s close to the airport, very convenient for us to fly in/out HCM city.

Room not qualified for 3 star which I paid for. AC unit very dirty, not cool anyway, remote control for AC look very dirty, no battery cover. No elevator, I have to move my luggage upstairs my self and even the staff told me it only 1 floor up, no hard at all..!! ? Really ? I will not return back this hotel any more and will NOT recommend this hotel for anyone.

ホテルは結婚式場を挟んで両側に２棟あるようです正面のフロントにチェックインしたら、カートで別棟に案内されました。部屋は一階のロビー脇、広さも前回の半分以下でシャワーのみでバスタブもありませんでした。 朝食は実演フォーの屋台があったので良し。ホットミルクがポットの中でほぼ蒸発してました。エアコンのリモコンボタンの効きに難あり。

Bad Experience Hotel Booking

I researched and booked 1 week at this 4.5 stars (Expedia rating)Tan Son Nhat hotel at the address 202 Hoang Van Thu in Ho Chi Minh City with the knowledge that there is also 3 stars with the same name. When I arrived and checkin they put me over to the 3 stars which was not even 3 stars standard. The room was small and outdated hotel and no amenities and don't even have a safe box for important personal items as critical when travel internationally. I booked with free cancellation but when you checkin you wont be able to change. I felt that I was cheated either by the hotel or Expedia, so I made 2 international phone calls to Expedia to explain the situation and got promised from Expedia to resolve the issue and response me through email or have the hotel to make the switch or allow me to cancel and choose another hotel but never heard from any one of them and finally gave up and booked another hotel. I hoped Expedia will investigate and make correction to travelers when come to make reservation with this hotel. This is fraud! Beware.

空港近くで高くないホテルです。豪華ではないですけど、特に問題ないです。朝食は意外と豪華でした。隣りに同じホテルの5星の建物があり、タクシーがそちらに行きましたが、ホテルのカートで連れて行ってくれました。「3つ星のタンソンニャット」といえばいいのかもしれません。
