蠻便宜的，不過在酒吧街旁，晚上有點吵，但這價位來說算可以了，建議怕晚上太吵睡不著的別住，會吵到4點多

I've never seen any hotel do not do room service initiatively. The bed is bad,the hotel is near the foreign street,so it is very loud even at midnight. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

離胡志明市幾個大景點都可用步行完成，喝咖啡和喧囂的PUB都在下樓幾分鐘內即可到達，樓下有全家便利店，購屋相當便利，十分推薦給想體驗背包生活，又不失居住隱私的預算玩家們。

已經是第2次入住。 第1次入住時訂房含早餐還不錯。 優點： 1.日間有華語服務人員。 2.有販售便宜之3G上網卡。 3.熱水足夠熱。 4.衣架非常多。 缺點： 1.隔音不佳。 2.1F(0F為Ground FL)室內跟走廊充滿食物味(3天晚上都有)。 3.螞蟻很容易被食物跟垃圾引來。 4.WIFI收訊不佳。 5.無提供免費瓶裝水或是其它飲用水。 6.沒有小型保險箱。

其中有一位櫃台小姐中英文非常流利,服務非常好,早餐尚可接受,地點非常好,就在范五老街旁邊,價位也非常便宜,缺點是晚上有點吵,不適合淺眠的人,房間冷氣不冷,但反應過後隔天說有派人幫我們清洗濾網,如果預算有限,推薦服務非常好的旅館

worst experience ever! when we checked in, the front desk said they were overbooked so they had to move us to another hotel. i was reluctant but had to say yes. following the staff to a shabby hotel, which is more like someone's home, so i refused to stay there and asked the front desk to switch me to somewhere at least within the same level of this hotel. After waiting at the lobby for 20 min, they finally told us they had a room for us, just at this hotel(original one). so..why wasted our time? if i didn't insist, i would have been moved away. it's just ridiculous and i won't be back. BTW, the bed is the worst i've ever slept in. you can feel the springs.

1. as I arrived , the staff ask me to pay 50000 vnd if i would like to check in early . she said that is a rule by hotel. I have lived in Vietnam for 1 and half years , but never had experience to pay more for check in early. please teach your staff don't try to cheat anyone !!! 2. the transport from the hotel to airport that charges 230.000 vnd. but take by taxi is only 130.000 vnd. the customers have paid for hotel , but the transport from hotel service are higher price than a taxi , unbelievable !

在旅程的最後一天生病了，四肢無力，頭暈得不得了。職員知道後，立即給我買來白粥跟藥物，更一口一口細心的餵我吃粥跟服藥，即使過了check out時間，還讓我在房間休息，沒有加收服務費，真的超讚。

The room is a bit small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central and right next to walking street so street music can be heard very loud in your room till 4am. Not a place for light sleepers

The room was adequate but very noisy at night and morning due to walking street being so close. The lift is VERY temperamental. I walked the stairs because 9/10 it did not work. I had problems with my sim and Ngan on reception was more than helpful. She made my stay there.

At about $30 US/night, I have no complaints. Just need to get a room with no windows to block out all the noise from the convenient Bui Vien Street. If you have higher expectations, then you need to book at a name brand western hotel chain. I would be willing to stay here again for the convenient location.

The front desk receptionist, wanted to take our passports away. He wanted to keep it for 12 hours. He stated that he needed to our passports to police station and make copies, and will return to us 12 hours later. I thought that was really strange. He says he couldn't take copies, he needed the original passports. I could Not allow anyone to take away my passport and promises to return it?! I got really worried. Was he trying to pull a scam on me? He is a 60 year old looking man, I think he is the owner of this hotel. I say to anyone, don't allow anyone to take your passports away when traveling, even government officials. They don't have right to take away your passports. So, I ended up going outside to make copies of my passports and giving it to the receptionist / owner. He then changed his story to, he will now accept copies of my passport. I did stay at this hotel for the week, I didn't think this owner would give me a refund, if I canceled. 2nd, the Air conditioner button did not work. I had to press and hold for two minutes to turn on and off. Other than that, the stay at this hotel went smoothly.
