There are mold in the bathroom ceiling, they cleaned up after we told them. Also staffs slept at front desk area, so it is very inconvenient when we need to go out early and coming late.
The property is situated steps away from Cho Ben Thanh, night market, food, and within walking distance to Nguyen Hue. Boulevard with basic anemities, very friendly and courteous staff.

It is ok for 3-star hotel
We spent 2 nights for the last night of previous lunar year & two first days of the new lunar year to be close to the downtown area & festivities.
We were given a room (101) with window overlooking Le Thanh Ton street ( even we booked a Standard room with NO window : business was slow during those days ). The room was ok for a 3-star hotel but the walls need a new coat of paint ( really ... sign of previous years showed clearly ), the bathroom was ok ( did not miss any soap/shampoo/towels ... but one day there was one towel was old/ripped at the edge and we called the front desk and quickly replaced).
The staff was friendly & courteous.

Not bad staff friendly room small good location near ben thành market
The room was a bit stuffy since there is no window and there was a smell of jackfruits and no label stating whether there is a charge for drinks taken from fridge
