Basic case of you get what you paying for.

The apartment is at fair market price (might be a little overpriced, just a little), saying that, the apartment was not in the ready-to-move-in stage at all. The apartment has shown the better date in the past. The requests were responsive butmay requests were made to make the staying is tolerable. The host was trying really hard to accommodate us, but it all come from the owner of the place. I applause her for her effort. One biggest disappointment was how misleading when they advertise the unit. There were almost nothing in those pictures match with reality. The dishonesty got me the most. We made 2 reservations 4 days, then the rest of the trip, after wiewing the unit for the first night, we canceled the other reservations and move to anothet unit in the othe building closed by.

mit großer Enttäuschung und Frustration wenden wir uns an Sie und erbitten Ihre Unterstützung. Wir haben schon einige Hotels und Unterkünfte besucht aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt... Wir buchten in Ho Chi Minh City ein "Luxury" Apartment vom 14.10.22. - 18.10.22 für 2 Erwachsene und ein Baby (1 Jahr). Leider können wir die Buchung über das Expedia Portal nicht mehr stornieren, allerdings sind wir dort auch schon weg weil es nicht zumutbar war... In dem Apartment stank es intensiv nach einem chemischen Mittel gemischt mit modrigem Schimmel. Auch nach dem lüften wurde es nicht besser. In der Küche und auch in der gesamten Unterkunft liefen aufgrund des Schimmels kleine Tierchen umher, sowie auch eine Spinne. Die Unterkunft ist nicht geputzt worden und das Bett Teil hatte sichtbare Flecken (oder Spritzer)! In den Ecken fanden wir auch irgendwelche unverpackte Bonbons, kurz und knapp, eine dreckige Unterkunft. Wir konnten uns gestern bei Ankunft leider nicht darum kümmern, weil wir zusätzlich direkt ins Krankenhaus wegen unserer Tochter fahren mussten. Sie hat eine akute Bronchitis und ist krank (Arztdokumente können als Beweis vorgelegt werden). Wir sind sicher nicht die anspruchsvollsten Reisende und haben schon einige Unterkünfte (auch mit unserem Baby) gesehen aber diese war leider wirklich nicht zumutbar, weder uns als Erwachsene noch einem Baby.

Do not book!

The apartment condition was not not acceptable. Apartment had spider webs and missing wallpaper and face mask used as filters. I ask the property owner for another apartment and he told me there is not one. I had to leave the apartment and book another stay for my family.

コロナが影響したけど

コロナの影響でチェックイン出来るか心配でしたが、ソファーや枕の匂い等を除けば設備的には最高で、ショッピングセンターも隣で、眺めも良くとても良いアパートメントでした。また利用したいです。

근처에 한국 가게들이 많고 커다란 공원과 편리한 시설들로 만족스러운 아파트

아파트 대단지에 이렇게 집을 빌려주는 게 있다는 것이 신기했는데, 고급아파트단지라서 그런지 외국인학교도 있고 한국음식점들, 병원, 슈퍼까지 그냥 한국에서 사는 것과 별반 차이 없는 환경입니다. 1군 번화가로도 택시로 10~15분 거리이고 로비 앞에 택시들이 늘상 대기하고 있어서 달리 어려움 없이 다닐 수 있네요. 집 내부 관리는 그다지 좋지는 않지만, 적당히 콘도 왔다는 기분으로 있을 만 합니다.

Bad choice

This place is poorly managed. Had so much difficulties in checking in. Asked for cash for deposit during check in. Given access card not working. Place is not cleaned and sofa has strong smell of cigarette ash.

Nice place but badly managed

The apartment was located in a nice and convenient place. Few things we pointed out to the manager but was not attended to: 1. The aircond was leaking water from the blower, He said that he would send a technician but no one showed. Had to move the bed so that it would not get wet. 2. Requested for toilet roll. Never showed up. 3 couples had to share half a toilet roll which was close to running out The manager promised but never delivered. Other downside: No proper coffee cups, only glasses. No dish tray to dry out washed utensils and cups. Bath mat was dirty.
