Do not stay here

Do not stay here. I preface my comments by saying I am a gold member and have never complained before. The room had black mould in the ceiling and in the shower. There were numerous items not supplied ie designer toiletries, dressing gowns, safe, daily housekeeping dryer, turndown service, the list goes on. We were meet on arrival by two guys that made us feel uncomfortable the whole stay. Neither myself of hotels could contact owner to try and rectify the numerous complaints. So nothing was done. Very unsatisfactory. Do not stay here

写真を期待して行ったが大きく期待外れ。 ・ホテルかと思ったが、ただの個人マンション。 ・フロントがなく、電話するとアルバイトのお兄ちゃんがカードを持ってきた。 ・入り口は、指紋認識のため、カードでは開かない。アルバイトに少年が、２４時間、ドアの付近にいて開けるが、十分くらい見当たらない。 ・バスタオルがアパホテル。 ・下敷タオルが東横イン。 ・バスタブなし ・TVが見れずYouTubeだけ。 ・洗濯機があるが説明書なし。部屋のなにも説明書なし ・洗濯機はベランダにあり、汚い。しかも排水があるれる。 ・アメニティはビジネス以下。 ・ルームクリーニングなし ・半額以下の価格が妥当 ・ホテルサービスは一切ない ・プールはありそうだが、使い方も書いていない 二度と泊まらないだろう。
